Preschool Cancellation Policy

The preschool will follow Winchester City Schools for cancellations due to inclement weather however, if Winchester City schools are closed the Preschool is closed if the city is on a one or two hour delay the Preschool will open at a later time following a different schedule for that day.

For a one Hour delay we will open at 10:00 am.  If there is a two hour delay we open at 11:00am.

Notification of any closing or delays shall be posted on the local radio station (92.5, WINC) website- WINC-FM92.5. Click closings then go to Private Schools listing and look for Grace Lutheran Preschool. There will be a notification next to our name saying closed or delayed one or two hours. You can click on Grace Lutheran Preschool under the Private Schools listing and it will take you to our website (www.gracewin.org) and the site will tell you whether we are closed or delayed.
