Christian education and outreach are the fundamental driving force of this ministry. The innumerable activities of this ministry require direction from a dedicated, full-time staff member.   “T” (Teresa) Lehman, has 20 years of experience as our energetic Director, of Faith Formation and Youth Ministry.  She maintains a watchful eye on everything that takes place.  Creating a fun environment that fosters teamwork, fun and enthusiasm is the result.  Pastor Martha Miller Sims has also been active in this ministry for the past twelve years. We also welcomed Pastor Jonathan Boynton in August of 2014 who is working closely with this Ministry.   The smooth operation of this ministry is the result of constant planning, organization, delegation, supervision and evaluation.
